Allied Domecq's Global Leadership Programme was designed to enable the organisation to develop their pool of talented high potential leaders. Cameron Change Consultancy provided leadership coaching and action learning set facilitation for a number of Allied Domecq's high potential leaders for the duration of this 9-month leadership programme.

Cameron Change Consultancy is now becoming involved in delivering further coaching and action learning sessions for Allied Domecq's high potential managers. The Global Leadership programme's self-managed learning format has been very popular with Director level staff at Allied Domecq who consider this method to be a very powerful and active way of learning relevant skills and knowledge.
