Case Study - CODA Plc
CODA Plc - logo Managing Change - Facilitating the Team Integration Process for the Newly Launched CODA Plc.

Cameron Change Consultancy worked with CODA Plc to ensure effective team working throughout the new CODA. The new organisation was formed by the acquisition of CODA by Science Systems Plc.

This project involved working with management and staff teams at all levels to identify issues standing in the way of success, plan significant action to become fully effective and set up agreed ways of working.

Change management workshops and 1-1 sessions started at Director level. We then worked with the various newly formed management teams using 1-1 coaching sessions to enable managers to step into their new roles and large-scale team workshops to bring all staff on board.
