Esther CameronEsther Cameron

Esther Cameron spent her early career working as a software programmer, rising rapidly to Project Manager. She spent 3 years focusing on managing technology change for Logica BV in the Netherlands. She then progressed to working as a full-scale organisation development consultant with a UK based consultancy firm.

In 1995, she set up Cameron Change Consultancy. Esther has worked successfully for the last 17 years on diagnosing, designing and implementing organisational change interventions with a wide range of businesses including Ford, Allied Domecq Plc, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lucent Technologies, NHS Executive and Hewlett Packard. She is a very effective executive coach for senior and middle managers and a highly experienced and creative workshop facilitator. She also has rich experience of running action learning sets for senior managers, working with top teams and advising on change management issues.

Esther Cameron also has specific experience of successfully working with operational managers who need to become strategic leaders.

Mike GreenMike Green

Mike holds a BSc in Economics and Accounting, an MBA and is a registered psychotherapist. He began his career in public sector finance, moving quickly into a key management role. After studying and practising psychotherapy for several years he combined these special skills with an MBA from Henley Management College, emerging as an Executive Coach and Mentor. He has since worked for several UK consulting firms.

Mike has spent 15 years working in the Private and Public Sectors as Executive Coach and Counsellor, Consultant and Team Developer, working at middle management through to board level within a wide range of organisations. Mike also coaches a wide variety of individual Director level clients.

Nick MayhewNick Mayhew

Nick is an innovator, who has been involved in pioneering change work with a wide range of leaders and organisations spanning the private, public and not-for-profit sectors for some 15 years, as both dedicated change agent and consultant.

Nick's expertise lies in systemic change and change leadership, combining strategic abilities with the sensitivity to work with more subtle, emergent dynamics, as both facilitator and coach. He has also developed a way of using performance both to catalyse change in groups, and to engage conference audiences in leading edge thinking, working widely in Europe and the U.S.

Hazel ValentineHazel Valentine

Hazel is a highly effective and successful Management Consultant and Executive Coach with specialist knowledge in Human Resource Strategy and Organisational Development. Hazel has in depth experience of the finance sector.

With a thorough initial grounding in recruitment and personnel, Hazel has gathered 16 years of consulting experience. She has worked as a HR Management Consultant both independently and at Ernst & Whinney where she was involved in managing and delivering a £1m contract, an integral part of a change initiative undertaken by a client in the Financial Sector.

Hazel has been and continues to be a highly respected mentor and coach to executives and board level managers in the finance sector. She is also an effective designer and deliverer of group based interventions for senior and experienced managers. Her recent clients include Lloyds TSB and GKN Chep. Hazel was awarded an MA in Human Resource Strategy and Development at London Guildhall University, May 1997. She is also experienced in the use of Gestalt based approaches to organisational change.

Anne Marie SaundersAnne Marie Saunders

Anne-Marie began her career as an adult educationalist. She went on to study Individual and Organisational Development for three years at Emerson College in Sussex. Following this training, Anne-Marie worked as a consultant and senior partner with British and Dutch consultancy firms.

In 1989 Anne-Marie joined Hewlett Packard as an Internal Organisational Development Consultant. She was brought in to support the implementation of wide-ranging changes and played a key role in enabling the division to make significant transitions.

Anne-Marie specialises in cultural change and has successfully designed and facilitated large scale organisational change programmes for the last 15 years. She is an expert facilitator, management developer and mentoring partner for senior and middle managers and works in the field of conflict de-escalation.

Anne-Marie has worked for clients in the private, public and voluntary sector. These clients include Hewlett Packard, The Civil Service, Trebor Bassett and British Rail.

Alex ClarkAlex Clark

Alex has a BSc(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with Distinction.

Alex gained extensive management experience in her wide range of management roles at Hewlett Packard (Manufacturing, Research and Development, Supplier Input, Cross-functional Programme Management). She was responsible for the development of a significant number of breakthrough management processes at HP, using techniques such as Hoshin planning and helping to significantly reduce process cycle time.

She specialises in organisational change management and has proven capabilities in the strengthening and integration of strategic and operational capabilities of organisations. She is a highly experienced consultant and a practised and sought after speaking partner for managers at senior levels.

Alex is also an experienced researcher in the area of strategic and operational management practices, and has provided clients with benchmarking reports on key areas of capability.
