CORUS - logo Leadership Programme - Developing General Managers for Corus Service Centres

Corus was formed in 1999 through the merger of British Steel and Hoogovens to create an innovative metals company which combines international expertise with local service. Cameron Change Consultancy is working with the General Managers of Corus's UK network of Service Centres to further develop their leadership skills and change management capability in line with the organisation's developing vision of its future. This involves designing and running leadership events and coaching General Managers over a 6 month period.
