What are the steps?

The steps vary from organisation to organisation, but will be selected from:

  • Triangular meetings with potential leader, leader's manager and our consultant to plan, monitor and review an individual's leadership development
  • One to one coaching for potential leaders, working to your organisational agenda, adding our ideas and concepts
  • Action learning sets working on live Business Improvement Projects
  • Facilitated leadership events - run by us, incorporating our best in class training, using your top team and your best and most surprising people
