Case Study - STMicroelectronics  
STMicroelectronics - logo Performance Management Implementation for STMicroelectronics, Bristol.

Cameron Change Consultancy worked in conjunction with Relay Consultants to devise and implement a performance management system for STMicroelectronics in Bristol. The Bristol Research & Design Centre is part of the global semiconductor company STMicroelectronics.

The Actively Managing Performance© (copyright Relay Consultants) programme provided a sound basis for workshops for 120 managers at all levels. This workshop gained commitment to the new way of working and ensured that objective setting and feedback skills were all up to scratch.

We also helped the top team to monitor and evaluate the progress of this performance management initiative and worked alongside ST's HR Director to make to make this new way of working become organisational habit-life.
