Our Values

We are driven by five fundamental values:

Partnership

We believe in working in partnership with our clients, in an open and honest way. We have established healthy and enjoyable long-term relationships with many of our clients. These relationships are always based on ensuring a deep understanding of client need, client ownership, transfer of skills and knowledge both ways and a recognition that Cameron Change Consultancy's role is to support as well as to challenge.

We also have a track record of working in successful partnerships with other consultancies and university departments where appropriate to draw in specialist skills or accreditation facilities as required.

Integrated approach

We believe that sustainable organisational change can only happen when the following dimensions are aligned and developed in balance:

  • Social - creating the culture in which individuals and teams can deliver excellent results.

This approach is surprisingly invigorating for the individuals and teams concerned. We strongly believe in the power of generative metaphor to wake people up to new possibilities.

Human potential

We believe that individuals can and want to make valuable contributions. The key is to create the conditions so that they can do this. Individuals contribute effectively when they intellectually understand and emotionally accept the implications of change. A key measure of success is the extent to which Cameron Change Consultancy are able to create a real sense of ownership and motivation for making organisational change happen at an operational level.

Client-Focused

We believe that a continuous transfer of skills, knowledge and learning process is essential for clients to manage better into the future. We are well placed to do this both in terms of experience and intent. Most clients say that we are more than generous in our desire to share expertise.

It's important that we add value even in our very early encounters with our clients. We enable the individuals we are working with to understand what is going on
(i.e. the organisational politics) and we then work with clients to help them to influence others within the existing backdrop.

Cameron Change Consultancy works hard to get to know client organisations, their culture and their business. Programmes are designed specifically for each organisation, tapping into foreground issues, individual starting points and organisational style and enabling true organisational change.
