Gaining the hearts and minds of key staff is a major issue for organisations going through significant change, from the top team right through to the critical front line teams. Facilitated workshops are now accepted as one of the most effective methods for engaging people in organisational issues, for increasing level of buy-in and for accelerating the management of change. This works particularly well when tackling change management issues with the top team at the start of the change process.
